Delete Your Account

This is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately. 1. Open Mugipocket and sign in. 2. Open the menu (top-right). 3. Tap Delete Account. 4. Read the summary, type DELETE to confirm, and submit. The deletion runs straight away — there is no waiting period and no review queue. You are signed out as soon as it finishes.

You do not need to have Mugipocket installed to ask for deletion. Email mugi.pocket.app@gmail.com from the email address you used to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". Sending from that address is how we verify the request; we cannot act on a request we cannot tie to an account. We aim to reply within 24 hours and to complete verified deletions within 30 days.

Everything below is erased permanently from our servers. It cannot be restored, and it is not recoverable by us. • Your profile — display name, profile image, bio, showcase, badges and stats. • Your collection — vault entries, quantities, conditions, grades, and verification records. • Your decks and leaderboard records, including any deck you published. • Your community content — posts, comments, likes, reposts, poll votes, follows, blocks, notifications and activity history. • Direct messages you sent, and any conversation left with no messages in it. • Photos and images you uploaded, deleted from our media storage.

Two things deliberately survive deletion. Both are listed here because they are the honest limits of what deleting your account can reach. • A stub of your account identifier, with your username replaced by "deleted_" plus six random characters. It exists so that messages other people sent you do not become unreadable for them. It carries no name, no email, no profile and no content of yours. • Messages other people sent to you. Those are their data, not yours, and they remain visible to the person who wrote them, attributed to the anonymised name above. • If you chose to answer the optional "why are you leaving" question, your answer is stored without any account identifier attached, so it cannot be linked back to you. Your sign-in record with Google or Apple is not removed by the in-app flow — the app only signs you out. If you also want that record erased, say so in an email to mugi.pocket.app@gmail.com and we will remove it.

Deleting your Mugipocket account does not cancel a Mugipocket Pro subscription, and we cannot cancel it for you. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or by Apple, and only they can stop the renewal. Cancel it before you delete your account: • Google Play — Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. • Apple — Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If you delete your account while a subscription is still active, it will keep renewing and you will keep being charged.

Deleted records may persist in encrypted operational backups for a short period before those backups age out. They are never restored into the live service. We may retain a minimal record for longer only where the law requires it — for example a transaction record needed for tax, or material needed to resolve a dispute or enforce our terms. Nothing in that record includes your collection, your messages or your posts.
