The One Piece Card Game rotates by block: once a new block starts, the oldest one leaves the Standard format. On top of rotation there is a short ban list, and a list of exceptions that keep certain older cards legal. MugiPocket applies all three when it checks a deck, and this is the current state.

What it means for your collection

Rotation is the biggest single price event in the game. When a block leaves Standard, its playable rares lose their tournament demand and its alternate arts do not; a card's price after rotation is its collector price alone. If you hold play staples from the oldest legal block, the time to decide is before the next block is announced, not after.

Rotation does not lower the price of art. It lowers the price of play.
