One leader in four at online OP17 events is Dracule Mihawk. That is not a meta share, it is a weather system, and every other deck is built in its shadow. This is how the list works and where it is weak.
The plan
The Mihawk list is a green aggro deck that turns cheap rested bodies into pressure: it plays two and three cost Characters on curve, uses the leader ability to un-rest and attack again, and closes with the big swords on turns four and five. The deck almost never passes with DON!! unspent, which is why it wins races against slower lists.

Deck Builder with legality checks, meta decks, and Practice Arena with real card effects.
The two turns
- Turn 2. Two bodies or one body plus a leader attack. The list has more two costs than any other tier one deck and it uses them.
- Turn 4. The first big attack with DON!! attached. If you are at 3 Life or less when this turn comes, the deck is favoured.
How to beat it
- Early Blockers. A 4 cost Blocker on turn 2 blunts the two turns above.
- Board wipes and rest effects. The deck is many small bodies; anything that rests or removes two at once trades up.
- Life discipline. Take the first two hits, then defend everything. The deck runs out of gas if the game reaches turn seven with you above 1 Life.
You do not have to beat Mihawk every time. You have to reach turn seven.
