Twelve months ago the English Alternate Art Manga print of Boa Hancock OP07-051 was a $600 card. By February 2026 it was trading at $2,144. Today MugiPocket market data has it at $1,497, a 30% drop from the peak and 23% below where it started August. That is the single largest move of any One Piece Card Game chase card this quarter, and it is worth understanding before you buy the dip or sell into it.
How it got here
The run started in October 2025 at $685. Three months later the card had tripled to $2,000, driven by the 500 Years in the Future reprint drying up and a wave of manga art demand that lifted every OP07 chase at once. From February through July the price held in a tight $1,870 to $2,150 band, which is what a card looks like when buyers and sellers agree on a value.
August is when the band broke. The monthly average slipped to $1,944, and daily tracked sales through September stepped down to the high $1,400s. No single event caused it. What changed is supply: more copies came out of binders as the price sat near $2,000, and the graded pipeline caught up.
The population report is the real story
PSA has now graded 2,814 copies of this print. 2,495 of them, or 89%, came back PSA 10. That gem rate is unusually high for a modern TCG card, and it matters for two reasons. First, a PSA 10 of this card is not scarce relative to demand: nearly nine of every ten submissions produce one. Second, the raw to PSA 10 spread, currently about $1,410 (PSA 10 trades near $2,910), rewards grading enough that raw copies keep flowing into the graded pool. That is a supply engine, and it does not switch off until the spread narrows.
A high gem rate turns every raw copy into a future PSA 10. Until the spread closes, the graded population keeps growing faster than demand.

What the other printings say
The manga print is not moving alone. The SP Foil printing of the same card sits at $715, the regular Alternate Art at $52, and the base rare at under $10. The ratio between the manga print and the SP Foil has been roughly 2 to 1 since spring, and it still is. When a chase card falls on its own while its siblings hold, that usually points to a card specific problem. When the whole family drifts together, it is demand for the character, and this one is in between: manga fell harder, but the SP Foil also gave back ground from its July level.

Three things would signal a floor. The first is the monthly PSA 10 population growth slowing below its summer pace, which is visible in the MugiPocket population history for this card. The second is the raw price holding above the $1,400 level that has absorbed sales twice in September. The third is the SP Foil stabilising, since it has been the more liquid of the two chase printings this year.
Until at least two of those show up, this looks like a trend correcting an overshoot rather than a dip in a rising market. Collectors who own a PSA 10 are still sitting on a card that has more than doubled in a year. Buyers have time. The card that ran from $473 to $2,144 did it over fifteen months, not fifteen days.
